Fat Burning Tips

Now that I have scratched the surface of what it takes to start losing weight in a safe and effective manner, let’s explore the concept of fat burning a little more. 
As previously states, there is a difference between fat and muscle.  When attempting to lose weight, you want to make sure that the weight you lose is not actually muscle.  Therefore, you will need to implement a diet and exercise routine that will target your fat while still proving support and nutrients to your muscle.
