2 Tips to Control Hunger and Lose Weight

by Joel Riley

Is hunger bad? It is, and isn't. Hunger is good as long as it exists to help you survive by forcing you to eat. But when it morphs into a colossal force that compels you to eat dozens of burgers every few hours, then it is not good at all! In fact, hunger can be one of our worst enemies and can make us overweight if we let it spiral out of control. If you won't to lose weight, you just learn to control hunger.

1.Appetite Suppressants: Basically Appetite Suppressants are drugs, artificially formulated or naturally formulated to help a person to curbs their hunger pangs to so that they can lose weight. Many of these drugs have harmful side effects and most of them are ineffective literally. Personally, the only appetite suppressant which I would recommend is Hoodia. First of all, this is an all natural drug derived from a cactus found grown mostly in South Africa and Namibia. Secondly, it has proven to work for me. As such I will recommend that you resort to Hoodia rather then other Diet Pills which contains stimulants like caffeine or any other artificial chemicals.

Hoodia can be found in many forms: you can find it in the form of tablets as well as powder. I don't know about others, but for me, the powdered form has worked best. What I would do is just take one teaspoonful of the powdered Hoodia in a cupful of water, and mix a little bit of lemon juice to it! Now if you are tongue-sensitive (that is, if you like only tasty foods) then I am not sure if you will be able to follow my suggestion. That is because this mixture tastes very bad and I had to literally force myself to drink it.

But there was one major advantage of following this technique. I could go on fasting for an indefinite period, say twenty, or even forty days, and feel no hunger pangs! Absolutely amazing, isn't it?

2.View your hunger Pangs in a Positive Manner: Do not regard hunger in a negative manner; as punishment to be put up with. They are just signs that your body is purging the toxins within the fats of your body. When your body starts to remove these harmful toxins, this will help you to lose weight.

If you can stand to control your hunger for 2 weeks approximately, you are on your way to losing weight comfortably. However, please note that you should not fast more than two weeks. If you still continue to fast after two weeks, you might end up being anorexic. The important thing is to ensure that you adopt a good lifestyle and not go back to the same bad habits which cause you to gain weight in the first place.
